Different services have different cancellation procedures. Designing orders may be canceled within days of order placement. However, any type of ongoing project which falls under monthly package requires at least one month’s notice period for cancellation.
For successful cancellation, 100% advance refund will be given if cancellation is made within the next day of order placement. But in case of cancellation of monthly or ongoing project, you will have to pay for whatever work is done and after that any remaining amount for advance payment will be refunded.
All returns will be initiated within 7-15 business days of order cancellation. Any delay in this regard may only occur due to technical issues.
