Therefore you may not use, copy, reproduce or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

2. Services:

Creative Guide offers various graphic design services, which may include brand identity design, marketing design, Pattern design, Packaging design, and more. The specifics of each service, including pricing and turnaround times, will be detailed on our website or communicated to you upon request.

3. Payment:

Payment for our services is required before we begin any design work, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined during the checkout process.

4. Client Responsibilities:

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You also acknowledge that any feedback or revisions provided by you should be constructive and specific.

5. Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of your personal and business information. Any information shared with us during the design process will be treated with utmost confidentiality, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the requested services.

7. Term Changes:

These Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended at any time, with or without notice. Any changes or additions will be effective upon posting on this website. You are therefore responsible for regularly checking these Terms and Conditions for revisions.

8. digital communication:

Only email addresses or phone numbers listed on our website are used to contact our clients. Therefore we disclaim any liability for any loss caused by email, phone number or any other contact information not included on our website.

9.Refunds and Cancellations Policy:

Refunds and cancellation policies will be clearly stated on our website for each service. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancel orders in certain situations, such as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Different services have different cancellation procedures. Designing orders may be canceled within days of order placement. However, any type of ongoing project which falls under monthly package requires at least one month’s notice period for cancellation.

For successful cancellation, 100% advance refund will be given if cancellation is made within the next day of order placement. But in case of cancellation of monthly or ongoing project, you will have to pay for whatever work is done and after that any remaining amount for advance payment will be refunded.

All returns will be initiated within 7-15 business days of order cancellation. Any delay in this regard may only occur due to technical issues.
